Resizing:  Most bracelets and some necklaces can be resized.  Exceptions are peyote and beadweaving pieces, if you need to know for sure just email me at pacificdesigns@aol.com  and I will let you know.

Payment:  At this time I am accepting payment through Paypal only.  If you wish to pay in a different way please email me and I will work with you.

Shipping:  Worldwide hipping is free including insurance and delivery confirmation in the U.S.  Your purchases will be shipped promptly, same or next day (except on Saturdays) and all purchases are shipped via USPS first class mail. 

Packaging:  Your jewelry will always arrive in a lovely gift box ready for gifting or for you to open and enjoy!

Returns:  It's simple!  I want you to be happy!  If for some reason your jewelry isn't just exactly what you wanted, returns will be accepted within 10 days after your purchase.  Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you and exchanges or refunds will be made (less your return postage).
